Did you know that January 15th is Annual Get Fit Day? It’s the start of a new year and New Year resolutions are afoot. Keeping up with New Year resolutions like ‘eating better’ or ‘getting fit’ are challenging, but now is a perfect time to renew your health and fitness goals. If you don’t already have plans to be active this weekend, one way to celebrate Get Fit Day might be to attend Ballet Austin for their FREE fitness and pilates classes this Sunday! Various classes at Ballet Austin will be offered from 1:30-4:30 pm at 501 W. 3rd Street. Free parking is available.
