Vote! Midterm Elections 2018

Have You Voted?  Midterm Election Day is November 6th

Midterm election season is in full swing, with early voting ending soon on Friday, November 2nd and Election Day coming up on Tuesday, November 6th.  Did you know that one of the local propositions that Austin voters are considering relates to health care?  For a brief explanation of Proposition E, along with the other propositions on the local Austin ballot, check out this link to coverage from KUT – Austin’s NPR Station.  The various candidates soon to be elected to city, state, and federal offices will also be working on a multitude of health care issues during upcoming months, including during the 2019 Texas Legislative Session that will start in early January.  Please use your voice and cast your vote to help direct these officials to represent you and your health care priorities.  For information about early voting locations, wait times at local polling places, a sample ballot, and oodles of other useful election information, visit votetravis.com.
