Julie has been my family’s physical therapist for a decade now. She is the BEST. We now drive in from out of town to see her. Julie offers manual therapy which is rare to find an expert in - along with classic modular strength and mobility exercises that progress over time. She’s an excellent evaluator of any orthopedic condition. She’s helped my family with lower back, SI joint, hip, knee, shoulder, and neck injuries and rehabilitation. – Anna E

If you are looking for a physical therapist, I highly recommend Kaitlin Antonides.. I have been to several physical therapists over the years, and she is by far the best. She is extremely knowledgeable and gives very focused one on one attention (no techs involved). She is also very friendly. – Janet R

In the quest for relief from pain and disability, I discovered a sanctuary of healing called Symmetry. This physical therapy center stands out as a beacon of hope, blending contemporary technology with the timeless art of hands-on therapy. At Symmetry, the approach to treatment is both scientific and personal. The therapists employ cutting-edge technology to diagnose and treat, yet it’s their hands-on method that truly sets them apart. Each patient is seen as a unique individual, with treatments tailored to their specific needs. My therapist, Seth, is a testament to the center’s excellence. With his remarkable skills and intuitive touch, he not only understands the intricacies of the human body but also the nuances of human care. His hands are instruments of healing, and under his guidance, I found myself on a swift path to recovery. The day after my session with Seth, I experienced a significant improvement. The pain that had been a constant companion began to fade, and mobility returned like the first breath of spring after a long winter. It was nothing short of miracle Symmetry Physical Therapy, with its harmonious blend of technology and touch, has redefined my understanding of healing. The center, and particularly Seth, have not just treated my symptoms but have helped me rediscover the joy of movement. For anyone seeking to overcome physical challenges, Symmetry is not just a therapy center it’s a way out of pain. – Robert M
